Concept

Much like building a home, the interior design process starts from the ground up. Your design concept serves as the foundation for every decision, guiding your home renovation or new build project. During this stage, we collaborate closely to set the design direction and ensure everyone—designer, client, and contractor—is aligned.

Proposed Plans

After defining your interior design concept, the next step is creating proposed interior design plans. We review them together to ensure they align with your lifestyle and your family’s needs. As the process progresses and we gather more details, these plans are refined and fine-tuned until the design perfectly fits your home and budget

For projects that require permits, we provide official city permit drawings. Not sure if your job requires a permit? Don’t worry! We are well-versed inBC building codes and city bylaws. We will let you know what your project requires and walk you through the process.

Elevations

Interior elevations are detailed interior design drawings that show every aspect of your home’s design. A crucial part of the home renovation or new build design process, these drawings illustrate custom millwork, finishing carpentry, lighting, plumbing, and other design elements. Like the floor plans, the elevations are refined and become increasingly detailed as we collaborate to create a functional, beautiful, and personalized interior.

Fixtures, Finishes, & Appliances

Also called the fun part of interior design, this stage is where you select materials, plumbing fixtures, lighting, appliances, and furniture for your home renovation or new build project. Sourcing these items on your own can be overwhelming, so we simplify the process by presenting carefully curated options that fit your style, budget, and space, ensuring a cohesive, functional, and beautiful interior design.

Final Design

Your final design package will include:

  • Permit drawings (where required)

  • Interior design drawings including

    • Detailed elevations

    • Demo & proposed floor plans

    • Reference plan
